What to buy in August

After a bit of a hiatus, we've returned to our monthly installment of what to buy in each month.  Certain items go on sale seasonally, and August is no exception.  Here's what to stock up on:

• Dorm supplies: Linens, storage containers, and small appliances go on sale just in time for school to start back
• Craft supplies: It's not just college students!  Small kiddos often need craft supplies for school
• Swing sets: Large stores are clearing out their summer selection of these and other outdoor play equipment
• Swimsuits: Sadly, summer is almost over, and stores are clearing out their summer clothes to prepare for fall.
